Who you are contracting with

Harry the Health Nut ("Harry", "we", "us") provides the AI fitness and nutrition coaching app available at this website. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and if you accept on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

What the service is

Harry the Health Nut gives you daily workout scheduling, nutrition targets, logging tools, progress charts and AI coaching replies. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your own personal health tracking under the plan you have selected.

Not medical advice

Harry is a coaching tool, not a doctor, dietitian or other licensed professional. Coaching replies, calorie estimates, meal ideas and training plans are general information only and may be inaccurate. Check anything important with a qualified professional, and speak to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You exercise and eat at your own risk.

AI features and your content

• Your logs, messages and meal photos are sent to an AI model to produce Harry's replies, plans and estimates. Outputs may be wrong — verify before relying on them.
• You are responsible for what you submit, including having the right to upload any photo or content, and for how you use the outputs.
• Do not submit unlawful, hateful, infringing or deliberately misleading content, and do not attempt to jailbreak, abuse or overload the AI features.
• You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the service for you. We may remove content, filter outputs or suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights-holders can contact us to request a takedown.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, or interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or circumventing technical limits. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account, and you must keep your account information accurate.

Intellectual property

We own the app, its software, design, branding and content. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you. You keep ownership of the data and content you enter.

Membership, payment and billing

Membership costs $4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our refund policy as well.

Service availability

We work to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. When access ends we delete or anonymise your data in line with our privacy notice; contact us first if you want a copy.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of business, and disputes are handled by the courts there. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions?
